Your agent, on the application form itself
The CaesarHire extension for Google Chrome brings your agent onto the page you are applying on. It is free, it works on any plan, and it only ever helps when you ask it to.
Install it in three steps
Add it to Chrome
Open the CaesarHire listing on the Chrome Web Store and press Add to Chrome. It is free, and it is the same extension on every plan.
Get your pairing code
In CaesarHire, open Settings and find the Chrome extension card. Press Get a pairing code. It is six digits, it works once, and it expires in ten minutes.
Paste the code into the panel
Click the CaesarHire icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the side panel, paste the code, and it connects itself. You do this once per browser, not once per job.
You need Google Chrome, version 116 or newer. Other Chromium browsers can install from the same listing, but Chrome is the one we test. Open the Chrome Web Store listing.
What it does on a job page
- Open an application form anywhere on the web and press start assistance in the panel.
- Your agent reads the form and suggests answers drawn only from facts you have confirmed, in your own voice.
- You approve each answer before it goes into the field, and nothing is filled that you have not agreed to.
- It attaches your prepared CV only when you press the button naming that document.
- The application is recorded in your pipeline, so the record keeps itself while you work.
- Ask it about a recruiter thread in Gmail or Outlook on the web and it reads that one conversation, then drafts a reply for you to send.
It only works when you ask
- It does nothing on any page until you press start assistance. It is never running in the background.
- It reads only the tab you asked about. It has no access to your history, your other tabs or your browsing.
- The first time you use it on a site, Chrome asks whether to allow CaesarHire there and remembers your answer. You can take that permission back at any time in Chrome's own settings.
- Passwords, payment fields and hidden inputs are never read.
- Questions about ethnicity, health, disability and the like are never answered, suggested or filled.
- It never presses submit. You send every application yourself.
- Assistance ends when you press stop, when you close the tab, when you submit, when the tab moves on to something else, or after twelve hours idle.

If something is not working
- The code did not work: it lasts ten minutes and works once. Go back to Settings and press Get a pairing code for a fresh one.
- The panel says it is not connected: connect it again with a new pairing code. Disconnecting a device in Settings also ends its access immediately.
- Nothing happens on a job page: press start assistance in the panel, then allow CaesarHire on that site when Chrome asks.
