What searching around a job actually costs you
- The hour you have goes on reading listings, not on applying. By the time you have found one worth a look, the evening has gone.

- Your agent looks through job boards, company career pages and applicant tracking systems every day, and scores everything it finds against the plan you approved. Adverts older than a month are dropped. On a day nothing clears the bar it says so, rather than padding a list to look busy.
- Your evening starts with a shortlist, not a search box
- Up to twenty roles, each with a score, the must-haves it meets and the reason it picked them. You say yes or no. The daily email lists what it found, with salaries and a link to the advert, and it stays quiet on days it found nothing.
- The writing is done before you sit down
- Say yes to a role and your agent writes a CV and cover letter for that specific job, built only from facts you have confirmed. It then checks its own work and flags anything it cannot stand behind. You read it, fix anything thin, and send it yourself on the employer's site.

- Forward any recruiter email to your personal CaesarHire address. Your agent works out what it means, moves the application to the right stage and drafts a reply for you to send. When an employer has gone quiet, ask whether it is time to chase and it will tell you honestly.
Questions
Can I keep my current employer out of the search?
Yes. Tell your agent which employers you want left out and they are blocked before a role ever reaches your shortlist. You can add or remove those exclusions on your plan page whenever you like. Your agent also never posts your CV anywhere and never contacts anyone: you send every application yourself.
How much of my evening does this actually need?
Two things, and both are short. Say yes or no to the day's shortlist, and read a pack before you send it. The searching, scoring, writing and tracking happen between your sessions, whether you signed in that day or not.
I can only practise interviews late at night. Is that a problem?
No. Typed practice and out loud practice are unlimited and run whenever you open them. The video interview is five minutes and you get one a month. Every session ends with an honest debrief, and video transcripts are kept for you to reread.
Does it apply to jobs for me while I am at work?
No, and that is deliberate. Your agent finds the roles and writes the application pack, but you send every application yourself on the employer's own site. It only ever says what you have confirmed is true about you, and it never lies on your behalf.
