  1. Chrome extensionImprovement

    Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store

    • The CaesarHire extension is now published on the Chrome Web Store, so installing it is one click from the listing rather than anything technical.
    • Everything else is unchanged: pair it once with the code from Settings, and it still only works on a page when you press start.
  2. Your agentNew feature

    Your agent notices what you actually want

    • Every job you approve or reject is a vote, and your agent now reads them. Turn down three roles as underpaid and it says so in plain words on your Today page, then asks whether to raise your salary floor. Nothing changes without your yes.
    • Say yes to a role and it goes looking for more like it. Reject one because the money was wrong and it hunts the same job at better pay.
    • New roles it found for a reason carry the reason: 'Because you liked Account Executive at Fieldstone', on the page and in your morning email.
    • The first conversation digs deeper too, asking what you are escaping and what a genuinely good Monday looks like.

    A real five-minute interview, and the transcript to keep

    • The video interview now runs like a proper first round: a set of real questions, a push for numbers when an answer is vague, and a proper close where she thanks you and tells you what happens next.
    • The call fills the screen, and a dropped connection gets time to come back.
    • Every call keeps its full transcript alongside your agent's debrief, so you can reread exactly what you said long after the room has closed.

    • Three ways to rehearse: type your answers, speak them out loud, or sit through a video interview with an interviewer who looks you in the eye and asks like the real thing.
    • When you hang up, your agent writes you an honest debrief: what landed, what to sharpen, quoting what you actually said. No scorecards, no flattery.
    • One page for all of it, with every previous session, its questions, your answers and the coach's notes.

    • A short letter on Sunday evening about how the week actually went: what it sent, who replied, what it made of it, and what next week should look like.

    • A Chrome extension that puts your agent on the job page you are already looking at. It reads the form, suggests answers from the facts you have confirmed, and tracks the application in your pipeline.
    • It does nothing on any page until you press start, only ever looks at that one tab, and stops the moment you tell it to.
    • Works on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and most company forms.

    • Call your agent whatever you like. The name follows it into every chat, email and debrief.
