We support teams in the UK, EU, Nigeria, the USA, and many other countries. The CRM is free everywhere. Paid AI agent plans may use region-specific billing when you hire an agent.

Create your account on the signup page, verify your email, and you are in. You can connect Gmail and Google Calendar once you are inside. Most teams are up and running in minutes.

Yes. CaesarCRM is free to use — sign up and start managing your pipeline at no cost. AI agents are optional paid add-ons.

For paid AI agent plans we accept all major credit cards through Stripe. The CRM itself does not require payment.

The CRM is free with no subscription to cancel. If you hire an AI agent, cancellation terms for that plan are agreed when you onboard.

The CRM is free. AI agent pricing is quoted when you hire an agent and may reflect your billing country and team size.

You can start with 1 user. There is no minimum team size for Core or Pro.
